Cancellation policy

1 General aspects

The company reserves the right to cancel, modify the itinerary, duration and time of the activity at any time and without prior notice. Due to weather conditions or force majeure without any applicable compensation. The client authorizes the company to take photographs and videos of the activity, as well as publish them on the web page/pages and social networks of the latter.

All damages that the client may cause to the boats or equipment in addition to the loss of material will be borne by the client or contracting party must pay 100% of the costs for repair, renovation or replacement of the same.

2. Cancellations

The client will only be entitled to a refund of the amounts delivered in the event of cancellation, without the right to any compensation.

The cancellation, delay or non-attendance of the activity by the client will entail the total loss of the amounts delivered, as damages. In the event that the client, due to any circumstances, including force majeure, could not attend the contracted excursion, he would lose all the amounts delivered, only: water activities can be canceled 48 hours in advance. For activities that imply a collective reservation of more than 5 places, and charters (excursions or private events) with 15 days in advance and with subcontracted companies, they would not have any right, sending an email to info@takeoffibiza.com or request written and signed addressed to the data controller TAKEOFF LUXURY TOYS IBIZA, S.L.U. with address at C/ Valencia nº 24, Sant Josep (07829 – Eivissa).

4.Refund

We will make a refund directly or to a different payment method in the name of the booker. The entire amount paid will be refunded minus 10% for management fees (therefore, 90% of the money paid will be refunded)

5. Prohibitions

The practice of any activity under the influence of the consumption of alcohol or any toxic or psychotropic substance is prohibited, as is any person who suffers from any ailment, disease or internal injury.

It is totally forbidden to bring personal objects on board, cameras, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking and disobeying those in charge, captains, sailors or commercial agents. Any breach of the same will give the right to cancellation by the company without any compensation.

6. Disclaimer

You have been informed of the safety regulations including the use of life jackets and all the necessary equipment. You know and assume the risks involved in this type of activity, confirm your good mental and physical state of health, agree to practice these activities freely and under your own responsibility, exonerating the operator in any case.

7. Acceptance

Making the payment implies acceptance of the previously established conditions.
